Q&A Moderation

I had the opportunity to the host and moderator of a Q&A session with Dr. Shameek Konar. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business and he serves as the Head of Energy Decarbonization at Ara Partners. I was honored to be chosen to represent the Haslam College of Business and the Smith GLS Program through Dr. Konars distinguished visit and discussion. My colleague and I were in charge of conducting background research on our guest and preparing an introduction into his professional and personal life. We then led an hour-long Q&A session with Dr. Konar, asking questions prepared by our cohort members. It was a privilege getting to know Dr. Konar and learning about his journey of becoming the CEO of Pilot Company. I love to public speak and present and it was great experience learning how to transition from question to question based on the information he provided in real-time.
