I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in London, England during the Spring term of my sophomore year of college. I lived, studied, and interned in Europe for 5 months and my wonderful parents were able to come for a week at the very end of my program. I attached the itinerary I created for their visit above and was able to condense everything I did into a week. This was my mother's first time in Europe and it was such a joy being able to plan the perfect visit for her. We had so much fun and I was able to take my father back to all of his favorite places that he loved when he studied abroad in London during his own college days. This was my first time planning a family trip and it was a nice change being able to be the tour guide and allow my parents to just absorb their environment. We were able to participate in activities that I was not able to do during my 5 months, including have high tea at the Ritz and visiting St. Paul's Cathedral. My father still talks about how this was "the best trip of his life," and I think he owes it all to this perfectly crafted itinerary. I made all of the reservations, bought all of the tickets, and organized all of the transpiration for my parents to have their dream trip! I am taking them again in the summer of 2025 and I am excited to see what else London has in store for us!
