Marketplace - Team AERO

I am currently participating in a Marketplace simulation course - Honors Global Strategic Management - where my team and I are in charge of running a company. We make every decision for the company including manufacturing, marketing, and accounting. My team and I work very hard to ensure our status as the current class winners, holding 33% of the market share over the other 5 teams. We meet every week for multiple hours outside of class and have facilitated group discussion about our team decisions. We set all of the pricing, conventional loan rates, and R&D investment. There are four team members on Team AERO and every single one of them are vital to the success of our organization. We have been the leading team for 6 quarters in market share and we have two quarters left. We hope to finish strong and make executive decisions to best ensure our long-term success. We have the highest demand of 11,322 units and sales revenues of $9,631, 493. We are crushing our competitors through our fierce work ethic and dynamic teamwork.
